If you have an online account and you've won a prize you will be notified by email to contact the call centre at 0333 772 0981. We'll ask you for identification documents and your bank details before we transfer you your winnings.
Stadium Players are required to contact the call centre at 0333 772 0981, Monday to Friday 9.00AM - 5.00PM, to claim their prize.
In order to receive your winnings, you'll need to prove you are in possesion of a valid ticket, along with identification and banking details.
*Please note that prizes not claimed within 90 days from the Draw Date will be donated to the Palace for Life Foundation.
